• Analytics & performance - understanding how players use the app, detecting crashes, and improving gameplay stability.
• Advertising - delivering ads in the free version of the app, including mediated and reward-based advertising. Where applicable (e.g. on iOS), advertising behavior is governed by your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) preference; if tracking is not permitted, non-personalized ads are served instead.
• Fraud prevention & security - detecting cheating, account abuse, and unauthorized access; protecting in-game economies and fair play.
• Cloud infrastructure & storage - securely storing account data, game progress, leaderboards, and backups.
• Push notifications - delivering optional notifications about in-game events, rewards, and updates. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.
• Payments & subscriptions - all in-app purchases, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Please refer to Apple's and Google's privacy policies for information on how they handle payment data.

Some third-party partners may collect limited technical identifiers (such as device or installation IDs, approximate region, or ad-attribution signals) required for the purposes listed above. We only share the minimum information necessary and do not share your email address, password, or payment card details with advertising or analytics partners.

6. Giveaways & Prize Draws

Zamjarah World may occasionally run voluntary promotional giveaways and prize draws. Participation is entirely optional, free, and never required to use the App. If you choose to enter, we may collect limited information needed to administer the draw and deliver any prize you win, such as your username, in-game ID, country, and - only if you are selected as a winner and agree - contact details and a shipping address for physical prizes. This information is used solely for the giveaway and prize delivery, and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, resolving disputes, and complying with our legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by:

• Using the in-app account deletion option available in Settings
• Visiting our dedicated account deletion page on our website

Once a deletion request is confirmed:

• Your personal data (username, profile, gameplay progress, purchase records) is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
• Aggregated and anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes.
• Some information may be retained longer where required by law (for example, tax and transaction records related to purchases) or to enforce our Terms of Service (for example, to prevent re-registration of banned or fraudulent accounts).
• Copies of data stored in encrypted backups are automatically removed on their regular rotation cycle.
